These terms apply to CrayonMovie (https://crayonmovie.com), operated by Belord, LLC. By using CrayonMovie you agree to them.
1. What CrayonMovie does
You upload a photo of a drawing, and we use AI video models to create a short animation of it. AI results vary: the animation may not look exactly like the drawing or move exactly as you hoped. The first animation is free and carries a visible CrayonMovie mark.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. CrayonMovie is for parents, guardians and other adults, not for children to use on their own.
3. What you can upload
- Only photos of drawings that you made, or that your child or a child in your care made, or that you otherwise have permission to use.
- No photos of people, including children. We will reject and delete them.
- Nothing illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate.
We may refuse any upload. We review uploads before animating them.
4. Rights
You keep all rights to your drawing. You give us a limited permission to store and process it only to make and deliver your animation, for the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. As between you and us, you may use the animation you receive for personal purposes, including sharing it with family and on social media. We will not use your drawings or animations in our marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
5. Paid options
- Paid options are one-time payments. Creem (creem.io) is our merchant of record and processes the payment, so the charge may appear under Creem’s name on your statement. There are no subscriptions.
- Delivery times shown at checkout are our good-faith estimates. Holiday Movie Pack orders are usually delivered within 24 hours of receiving the title and message.
- Happiness guarantee: if you are not happy with a paid animation, email us within 14 days and we will redo it or refund you.
6. Availability
CrayonMovie is a new service. We may change, pause or discontinue it. If we discontinue a paid option you bought and haven’t received, we will refund you.
7. Disclaimers and liability
CrayonMovie is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
